CEO and Founder of The IAL Group
Gadi made Aliyah from London in 2007, and has worked in finance and investment for over 15 years, both in Israel and overseas. Many of those years have been spent advising and assisting olim and foreign residents with all aspects of the financial, real estate and investment world in Israel. IAL Real Estate was set up in order to provide a professional, efficient and all-in-one solution for English-speakers, enabling them to buy real estate in Israel with confidence, peace of mind and avoiding the costly mistakes that often come with overseas real estate transactions.

Jay was born and raised in Brooklyn NY, and made Aliyah in 1995. Having spent 24 years in various roles at UMTB, Israel's leading mortgage bank, including his last role as the bank's Business Development Manager for North America, Jay brings with him vast experience of assisting English-speakers to navigate the worlds of Israeli finance and real estate. Having seen thousands of real estate deals during his time at the bank, he is expertly placed to assist our customers with finding and completing their hassle-free purchase of Israeli real estate.
Aaron Krasner Mortgage Expert
Aaron grew up in London, and moved to Israel in 2001. He has been working in the field of Israeli Mortgages since 2008, and quickly built an outstanding reputation for professionalism and customer service excellence. Aaron is pleasant, hard-working, enthusiastic and organised.
