New small and exclusive project by the company that developed the highly successful Michaelangelo Tiveria project. 

 

Near the aforementioned project, there are 5 plots of land, each of 3340 sqft. Each plot will have a three-floor structure containing two units. The top floor will be a 3 bedroom penthouse of around 1100 sqft and a 215 sqft balcony. The bottom two floors will be a 4 bedroom house of around 2000 sqft, with a 1300 sqft garden, complete with private elevator and swimming pool.  

 

The project is being built to a luxury standard, and all apartments will have a panoramic view of the Sea of Galilee (Kinneret) and of the Galilean Hills.

 

The project is in its final planning stage, and as of now (April 2019) has not been released to the public. It does mean that there might some changes to the above specifications, but it also means that you have an opportunity to get in at the earliest possible stage. The projected prices are $375,000 (1.35m ILS)  for the penthouses and $695,000 (2.5m ILS) for the houses.
